please help! is this related to pcos?

My lower left side of the back started hurting and then the pain spread to my left groin. It is really bad. It's happening for the first time. I was diagnosed with PCOS few months ago. Does anyone know what could it be?

When I had cysts rupture, that's how I felt. It would get so bad I couldn't move. If it gets unbearable, go to the ER and they'll give you something for pain and an check and make sure everything is fine
