bartholins gland

I have a swollen place looking like a lump by the hole of my vagina or I guess a cyst or abscess in my barthilons gland which I just noticed after sex. I had itchiness and burning when I peed I didn't go to the doctor but it went away on its own anyhow I just thought it was a little UTI/urinary tract sort of thing. I practice safe sex with condoms and I've known and been with my guy for almost 5 years. I must go to my GYN or something to fix this right? I have tea tree oil and coconut oil I heard the usage of both can help.
