Advice: calm down
Whenever I come across something stressful such as getting in trouble, doing something horrible, making my friends/family mad and etc. I always get physically ill to the point where I refuse to eat, I get really stressed out, I can't sleep, I have the strong urge to cry and I'm always thinking about the horrible outcomes of my mistakes and such.
Is there anyway tips I can take to calm myself down and make myself feel better? Cause it's getting to the point where it's affecting my relationships with others.
