please read!! need advice

So I'm an extremely anxious person. I've been on birth control VERY steadily for over 6 months now. Just in this pack I missed two days on accident but I took them at like 4 am as soon as I realized I forgot (it hadnt even been 24 hours yet) they were both about two weeks apart. Since then my boyfriend and I had sex but he pulled out. Today is the day I usually get my period, its very light bleeding amd I have like cold symptoms. (Coughing, stuffy nose, mucus, but everyones been getting sick) Is it normal to be bleeding extremely lightly??
