Diarrhea the burn 😢😢😫😫 helpp

Okay so I got diarrhea this morning and it's been horrible. Incredible stomach pains (on the same level of bad period cramps but like sharp needles just above my belly button) Super watery and now my rectum is on fire... im literally in tears just trying to wipe and I have a high tolerance for pain! I've tried having a shower and that just cause more excruciating pain. I've now resorted to wiping in pain and applying paw paw ointment to it but it's so agonising. I'm not sure if this is serious or just a side effect. I have racked my brain trying to figure out what has cause this and nothing is coming to mind. It does show any signs of stopping and I'm so worried it's going to get worse.

The worst part is I'm running out of paw paw ointment and I can't even go to the kitchen for 5-10 minutes without having to run to the bathroom let alone to the shopping centre... 😢😢 please anyone have any tips
