PCOS Pregnancy with just Metformin??

Question

Hi everyone!! I have PCOS and recently started Metformin to try to control the symptoms I was having and regulate my period. I have been TTC for about a year now with no luck. My doctor told me that she wants me on Metformin for six months before adding Clomid, which makes sense because Metformin is so difficult to get used to. I can't help but hope that I will get pregnant before on just Metformin, has anyone had a positive experience with TTC on just Metformin?!

You should double it , this time around i found out that if i take the pill right after i finish a meal i get no symptoms at all , unless i have sugary stuff i feel nauseous which i definitely cut out sugar which i been feeling better

The first time i was prescribed Metformin i got pregnant right away in the first month but ended in a miscarriage:(

I was put on metformin again for a second time because i wanna try again so since it was a success the first time around they want me to try it again , i hadn't had a period in 4 months before trying metformin I've been on metformin for 3 weeks today and got my period 12 days later
