Clomid??

Question

I have been on metformin for close to a year and am starting clomid next cycle. What side effects did you experience? How long does it typically take to conceive using this drug?

My husband and I have already experienced a miscarriage at 5w1d from my first round with metformin alone and since then haven't been able to conceive so my ob wants me to try clomid.. need advice. What do you ladies think?

I saw my obgyn and she suggested letrozole since clomid has a higher chance of multiples for pregnancy

I tried letrozole- I was able to get one follicle to grow but didn't conceive. They switched me to clomid and surprisingly I had no side effects and I was getting the wet, egg white cervical fluid (clomid tends to dry women up).

The only issue I've had with clomid so far is that your lining tends to be thinner.
