pumping tips?

I can't get much out from a pump even when full! I feel like not all my ducts work together and I only get drips or a few squirts here and there! Any tips for emptying my breasts and opening more ducts?

Do you have the correct size flanges? That can make all the difference in the world. I had to buy smaller ones for the best fit and I respond well. I also put Motherlove nipple cream on before I pump because I learned a moisturizer nipple pumps better. I also use a heating pad sometimes if I feel like there's one spot that doesn't want to give up the milk. You might look for a handsfree pumping bra so you can massage your breasts while pumping.
