Is it normal to get my period 2x??

Someone please help I always ask advice and no one ever answers :( I had the nexplanon for about 2 years then took it off and went on the patch. Was on the patch for a month and got my period as expected on my "patch free week" in the begining of Dec. Now, I got off of the patch on the 23, and I started my period on the 27th. Is it normal to start a period once off of the patch??? Could it be that my body is resetting?? Or is it getting irregular??
