Is this normal for the first day of your period? This has always been "normal" for me on the first day of mine. I get extremely bad cramps, heavy flow, and these clumps on the first day... Then the rest of the 4 days is extremely light. Thoughts??

Yes but I have endometriosis as well but I bleed like this up until the 4th day and by the 5th day its so light and the 6th day Im off my period

Have you talked to your doctor? 
I have that and it turned out to be endometriosis.
