14 weeks and fell yesterday

I fell last night on my arms and hip , my side hurts , I didn't feel any impact on my stomach but it happened so quick it may have . well now my shoulder feels torn or dislocated. I'm going to the hospital soon to get it checked out , should I be worried something is wrong with my baby ? Now I'm nervous
