Buying a house...

I don't know where to post this or who to ask but here we go. Can you buy a house/get a mortgage with pre taxed income of $62,400 a year? We are young, in our 20's and need to buy a house/manufactured home. Hoping to spend under $150,000. Renting in our area is way too expensive, $1,200 for a one bedroom apartment in a not so nice area. If we rented a 3brm house, it would be over $2,500 to rent...I have no outstanding debts, 1 credit card ($300 limit) and my fiancé has a truck payments. Thanks!
