Rash with period

Has anyone ever gotten a rash whenever they are due or around the time of their period. I have been on birth control since I was 15 years old except for the time I was pregnant. So I've never had a natural period without birth-control. Since July 2016 I switched from Depo to ParaGard. I did not realize it until now that around the time of my period. (I never got one before while I was on birth control until September 2016 )I get this weird rash that as a no pattern whatsoever. It is very random. I'll have a spot on my stomach my chest I'll break out spots on my neck and back. I've went to the ER twice the first time they said it was ringworm the second time they said it was either eczema or it was because I was allergic to copper. I never had ringworm. I am not allergic to copper. I did some research and there have been proven facts of women getting a eczema type rash during the time of their period. Does anyone have this problem and if so how do you get the rash to go away?
