Morning sickness is a pain!

Hi everyone! So this is my third pregnancy. But this pregnancy has been SOO different from my last two! I've still had horrible morning sickness for weeks now but this time i have been getting a 'Hair in throat' feeling. Has anyone else experienced this and did anything work to make this feeling go away? It makes me constantly gag and sometimes puke! Thank you! 💖
