Rainbow Baby - Pregnancy Symptoms

I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby after a missed miscarriage in May (13 week visit showed no growth after 8 weeks). In that pregnancy (my first) I had no symptoms except dry mouth, semi-tender breasts and fatigue. In this pregnancy (my second - 6 weeks), I have the same minor symptoms. Since my symptoms aren't obvious or strong, I find myself touching my breasts throughout the day to make sure I'm still pregnant. Sometimes I wish I had the vomiting etc. as a clear sign that everything is going fine. So I know it's easy for me to say, but ladies that are going through it with the horrible pregnancy symptoms - there is someone who (in theory) would switch places with you lol
