Rolling over in bed

Anyone else's LO give them a heart attack the first time you found them on their stomach in bed? 2 nights ago I went in to check on my and he looked like he was face down. He had figured out how to turn his head just enough so he could still breath. I was so rattled by it I picked him up and put him in his rock n play in my room. I know its going to happen and thats fine, but I just dont feel his got enough control of his neck to know ro turn it to the side. Maybe Im just being dumb, but now Im waking up every 2 hours to check on him.
