My boss won't except my resignation!!

So I am a nanny and I love the job and the family! My husband just got a job where he will be traveling 80% of the time. We have decide to live our life as full-time RVers. Anyways I gave the family a month and a half notice that I was leaving. The mother is very persistent in trying to get me to stay and she won't take no for an answer. It is making the whole situation awkward. It makes me feel like my life outside of being a nanny is not important to her. I want her to stop trying to bribe and convenience me to stay and just accept that I am leaving but how???!!!
