I'm almost 30 weeks, with my first baby. I'm exactly at 300 lbs and I have only gained 11 so far which is good! I passed my sugar test and my blood pressure is great as well! I'm just scared still that I'm going to have to have a c section, has anyone plus size had a natural birth?
