Advice Needed!!

Hello! My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a few months. 3 months ago we had a miscarriage and it was devastating. Now we are trying again and I am kind of lost. We did the baby dance before i ovulated and have been waiting. My period is tomorrow and ive been having some weird symptoms. I have had some weird light cramps and my cm has been white and when i whipe it is noticeably there. Also i have been feeling very nauseous but i have acid reflux....it has been worse then usual though. I have horrible backaches and headaches. 4 days ago i took a pregnancy test and it aS negative. Im scared to get my hopes up. Please help! I need advice!!
