need advice. ?

So my husband started getting some sickness that has been going around yesterday at work , he took mucinex cold and sinus last night at like 7 . Then this morning before he went to work he took two pills at 6 am , and then again at 10 am . When he got home I went out and got DayQuil cold and flu the liquid so it would work quicker and I gave him 15 ml at 330. His fever at 330 was 102 and 2 hours later it was down to 100 . About 20 minutes ago I checked it again and it was back up at 102 . Idk what to do I don't know if I should give him more medicine , I don't wanna exceed the limit of the directions . Should I give him more medicine or take him to the hospital? I gave him soup earlier and he's drinking water and this v8 juice. Also he keeps saying he's cold when he body is like red and he's literally like a heater
