almost 19 weeks and symptoms

So I'm 18 weeks and 5 days today! We've found out it's our first boy and last baby we have 3 girls already. I've been experiencing really crazy heartburn not as bad as my first when I use to get acid reflux in my sleep and use to wake up chocking, not that bad, but still pretty bad that it's uncomfortable to lay down, my esophagus burns. Ive taken tums it takes it away but it's back on 20-30min later. Oh the joys of pregnancy! I'm a little concerned because I've yet to feel our baby boy move. I know he's healthy and ok I had an ultrasound yesterday but with my girls I've felt them all right away (around 11-12weeks) and with him still waiting. 🙄. Such a different experience all together with him I don't feel pregnant at all. I know he's in there but I really don't have much aymptoms other than heartburn. I kind of miss the feeling of it all though lol.
