Found out I have gestational diabetes today.. suggestions on what to eat?
Hey all, found out I failed the glucose test again. I have gestational diabetes :-(
Haven't seen the dietitian yet until Tuesday but I need some help on what is okay to eat. I need to control my sugars and diet!
