Do you sometimes not fill pregnant symptoms on and off ANYONE?

On and off I have symptoms of pregnancy like last night had a tugging pain on an off no blood nothing, I just fill extremely over heated on and off like hot flashes then go's away.. I am 5 weeks 2 days today I was 4 weeks and 4 days when I found out I was pregnant and my HCG levels was at 478 so not sure if anyone else is experiencing this also as I had a miscarriage before around 9 1/2 weeks almost 10 weeks and I am nervous as if this don't work out I don't think my fiance will wanna try again for his boy since we have 1 daughter together and he has his step daughter .. please if anyone is experiencing this can you relieve me a little I don't wanna stress but it's hard not to as this is a blessing thank you and God bless..
