What is safe to make the mucus come up in your chest ? I don't have a ob appt til Jan 11th but I was hoping someone would know what to take . I'm taking omisone sleeping tablets which are very safe for the baby and is a antihistamine for the night time . But I had previously had my nose draining and now it's in my chest ??? Any ideas ???
