Sick during first trimester

I got a cold a couple days ago. I tried my best to not taking any kind of medication. But yesterday i could stand it anymore, so i called the doctor and they said i can take Tylenol Cold. So i took the medicine and did feel better today. But somehow im still scared of the medicine is gonna harm my baby. Can somebody please tell me that you experienced the same thing but your baby was still ok??? 😭😭😭
