Where the hell do you buy preemie clothing that isn't super expensive? I can't rationalize $10 per piece

FTM and looking at an early delivery at 34 weeks max.  Hoping for some advice on how to find baby boy preemie clothes that won't break the bank. Is preemie the same as newborn? Is it worth buying preemie? If so, how much clothing? I have 0-3 covered, but my stubborn child will be evacuating this room much earlier than expected.

Do you have a Once Upon A Child in your area? They pay people for the clothes they resale so it's all really nice stuff for super cheap. Premie stuff runs from $1-3 dollars a piece and 3-7 for sets.

Resale stores near you may have them? We have a baby resale place around here and I can get them for $1, and they look brand new! Sometimes I even find ones with the tags still on them! 
There's quite a difference in size between preemie and newborn, and especially preemie and 0-3. 
I have one single onesie so far just in case.

Most of my babies clothes are from goodwill and yard sales. No baby shower, and they grow out of stuff too fast for me to rationalize spending $10 to $20 on each outfit. She doesnt seem to mind, lol.

Walmart sells cheap preemie clothes. Its not the most ideal shopping location but it's cheap.
