HELP!!!

How long did it take you to get pregnant after depo? I have my last depo shot in march so it takes like 3 months. June I was supposed to get it again but I was like I'm done with depo. I been off of depo for almost 8 months. I have had to regular cycles so far that last for about 5 days. We have been trying for a baby for the past 2 months and no luck so far... He scares me when he says what if I can't get pregnant. 😩😩
