baby shower?

My due date is March 14, I'm currently going back & forth about having a baby shower. I've been stressing out about it.. there is no way I can have my baby shower in January because I don't have anything planned & it's too short of notice for family out of town. With that being said, the only time I have available for a baby shower is February 11th. It gives me time to plan & send invitations out, but by then I'll be 35 weeks & 4 days pregnant. Is it way too late to even have a baby shower?
