pelvic pain with leg numbness?!?

So I'm having this pain right around where I'm assuming my right ovary is (not saying it is related to that, just no way else to describe location), it hurts particularly bad in that spot when I'm doing anything except laying flat. Now it's starting to cause my leg to go slightly numb if I don't move it. I went to the ER a couple days ago for pain on my left side, they said all was fine except a small subchorinic hemotoma. That pain subsided the next day and this pain started up. They didn't see anything else abnormal on the ultrasound so I just have no idea what it is! I'm 5w4d. No spotting. (I also had an appendectomy in August, maybe something with scar tissue???) Any advice/input is welcome!
