Bloody nipples discharge?!

Hi everyone, sorry for the too much information but I'm really worried!!
I'm 23w+2d and since week 18 I've been having reddish-brown discharge from my nipples which I've noticed from the stains they leave on my undershirts.
Is this normal? I'm very concerned 😖

UPDATE: I did check with my dr and she checked my breasts and said that there is nothing wrong.. But I'm still concerned, should I see another dr?

No not normal, definitely check with your doctor. Orange is normal, as is bright yellow. Both are colostrum. But not red

I've had this issue off and on SINCE I FOR MARRIED too. I don't know if my mipples just don't like to be sucked or I'm sleeping differently (I sleep on the same side as the leaky breast when I'm not thinking about it) but, usually it's bright red blood, if any or the discharge is clear (most of the time. It seems to change throughout the month. Oh! And it usually happens when my breast are enlarged. They grow and shrink during different times of the month. The leak just happens on my right, which is the slightly larger breast. 
I had a mammogram and other than having dense breasts and also requiring an ultrasound, the mami was normal. The nipple duct however, has a tiny little blockage (maybe?) they wanted to do a biopsy but, I was too chicken to have someone out a needle to all those nerves in my nipple.

I haven't had another mammogram in about theee years.
For awhile, it seemed to be clear. I just saw a little drop of blood from my nipple yesterday.

I thought I'd see what other folks might relate and give/get comfort though this. Issue nags me.

I would see another doctor to get a different opinion. Bloody discharge isn't normal.  Did you docotr do any tests? I have had discharge (always clear or yellowish) since I got married and after three years, I'm expecting and it has gotten worse but never bloody. My doctor tested a couple things (I can't remember) but he took blood and ran tests for certain things to make sure my levels were good. He said if I ever saw blood to come in or go to the ER. So I would get another opinion.  Don't just let your doctor say that's normal without doing tests and making sure it is.
