period talk

Okay so my period usually last 3-4 weeks and then I get 2 or 1 week to do anything. But this period has been over a month. I have a problem where I can't stop bleeding, it's so bad that I have changed twice because I bleed through my clothing. I need some help! What should I do? What should I take? Help !
