Miscarriage & Heartbroken

Hi ladies, unfortunately my hcg levels were not raising and ultimately ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks 2 days. My question is how did you cope? How many miscarriages did you suffer from before being able to carry successfully? 
Any information would be appreciated
