6 week growth spurt?

Last 2 days my 6 week old baby has hardly slept, maybe the most 30 min to 1 hour at a time. He's very clingy but not really fussy at all, I actually find he just wants to stare at me. I also seemed to notice he's eating more...I EBF so I'm not 100% sure he's taking in more but really feels it. Does this sound like a growth spurt? I'm so exhausted! I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong.
