Has anyone experienced depression + PMS + Unemployed all at once before?

Need some advice to figure out whether I am experiencing PMS so that's why I am depressed, or I'm depressed and anxious, so I always have hard time to dealing with my period pain ? and how to fight with it?

There is a huge difference between having depression and feeling sad or depressed because of pms . How long have you been feeling this way ? If it's been for a few weeks maybe it's best to see a doctoe about it . If your having any suicidal thoughts it's also probably a good idea to get some professional help . Now if it's only for the week leading up to your period and doesn't persist passed your period then I would say it's possible pms . But if it feels more than that it probably is .
