Pregnancy..?

So my boyfriend and I have had sex many times but he's never came inside of me. Well I'm going to spend the weekend with him soon and we sext occasionally and he said he was going to when I stayed with him. I'm on birth control (depo) I just gave this irrational fear of getting pregnant.
