non hormonal birth control options???

I have been on birth control ever since I had my twin boys six years ago. Nuvo ring has been my go to for 2 years now. I feel like I am Turing into a crazy women emotionally . I decided to take a break from bc. We now have been using condoms. Can you ladies please give me some other options if non birth control that you like???

Paragard IUD, diaphragm, cervical cap, male/female condoms, spermicide, sponge, and FAM are all non-hormonal BC options. The first three require a prescription while the rest are over-the-counter. The Paragard is the most effective and is an insert. FAM is the Fertility Awareness Method and can be effective if you monitor and track your cycle with multiple physical methods and do so regularly and consistently. The rest must be used every time you have sex to be effective and many can be used together to increase their effectiveness (e.g. condom + spermicide).
You should do some research on each and talk to your doctor to help you decide which one(s) will be the best option for you.

I would monitor ovulation and abstain during my peak fertility, and use the pull out method. It worked for me for 10 years until I actually wanted to become pregnant.
