says mama at 2 months!

My son was getting fussy while visiting some family. I went to the bathroom and he started crying. I came out and he saw me (still crying) and said "mama". I thought I've heard it before but thought maybe my mind playing tricks one. But my family even said that's what he's saying. Once I picked him up he stopped. Anyone else's baby talk that early? He's 2 1/2 months old
