What were your preeclampsia symptoms?

I'm 29 weeks. I've been having blurred vision for a couple of months now. I thought maybe my prescription had changed after I had my son (I wear glasses) but then I saw an article on here that warned about blurred vision. My OB had mention some protein in my urine as well, but didn't seem worried. Now of course I'm super worried! My BP is always low, usually 117/70 or somewhere around there but my shortness of breath has been worsening as has my anxiety. I know these are all common pregnancy symptoms but the article on here listed them as preeclampsia symptoms too. Can you have preeclampsia without high blood pressure?

I actually got induced at 37 weeks for PE, I'm the same as you and always have super lower BP, it started going up but wasn't over the threshold of what they say is "high", but for me it was super high and affecting my vision and giving me crazy bad headaches. They did a 24 hour urine test for protein when I told them about the headaches and protein came up in my urine at the office. They called me the same afternoon that I dropped off the urine collection and told me to head to the hospital to be induced. I'm grateful my doctor has been doing this for so long and could see that what is "high" as a standard for BP isn't always safe to go by.
