snake best friend

my ex and I broke up four months ago and recently my "best friend" of 5 years has been cancelling our plans to hang out with him and her other friend. she's been talking about how she likes a guy but she won't tell me who it is. she's only followed through with plans twice since the two of us broke up. how should I handle this situation?
