Deep Vaginal Pain...normal?

So I'll be 32 weeks Friday, baby is head down and possibly dropped? Her head is where my pubic bone is and there is a fair amount of pressure. All day today I have had terrible cramping/stabbing pain in my vagina/ possibly cervix. I'm not sure how to describe the location but a little lower than her head and inside. I'm not sure if she is moving or dropping or if my cervix is changing. Does is hurt when your cervix changes? I'm a FTM so this is all new to me. Anyone else having this?
