What were your signs and symptoms? Experiences please? Thanks.

Unbearable pain on one side or the other.. I was limping, pain meds with heat or ice didn't do anything, I fainted/passed out  for the first time in my life from the pain.. it lasted for a week or longer till I could go home to the doctor and when we did a ultrasound or something there was a bunch of fluid so they figured it ruptured since they didn't see anything and everything else made sense to be that.. they gave me a high does of ibuprofen and sent me home

Thought it was kidney stones... I was in a club meeting after school and then I hit the floor screaming and crying hunched over.. it was horrid.. but now it's chronic and has dulled since the first time.. they flare up during ovulation and again during menstruation.. it's horrible.. but on the bright side, I usually know when I'm ovulating lol.
