period 150 days late.

So my last period was August 1st. I found out that I was pregnant in the middle of September. I had an abortion on September 28th. ( it was on of the hardest choices I have had to make, but I wasn't ready) right after the abortion they gave me the depo shot. I never bleed from the abortion or had a period after this. eve says I am 157 days late. I have been to the doctor and he says this is normal but I feel so uncomfortable with out having one in so long. (I didnt get the shot again after the first one because I have decide to take a break from sex) has any one had a similar experience? Also if anyone has any advice on not feeling guilty after your abortion that would be really helpful! Thank you for reading my really long story!
