I don't know what to do!!!

I am 16 and I have this thing with a guy who is an exchange student this year at my school. He is leaving at the end of June and I know he wants to have sex with me. I'm still a virgin and I'm kinda scared to loose it in general but also to a guy that is going to leave soon anyways and I most likely won't see him again. Part of me also really wants to have sex with him though. I can't make up my mind. For some it's a big deal and I think I fit in with that group of people. I kinda want my first time to be when I'm drunk and the guy is also drunk but I don't know. Any advice?!!
