Baby Movements: FTM

30 weeks pregnant & I'm getting little to no movement from my baby girl. She's usually really active, but these past 2 days, she hasn't been. I went to the doctor Tuesday and her heart rate was 154. Ever since, shes been less active, and I haven't felt her move today. I haven't had a sonogram since I was 17 weeks. Should I call my doctor or go into the ER? I'm starting to panic and my SO says she's fine, but she was a very active baby. 😣
