Fiances grandma

I don't have a relationship with my grandparents because they're very toxic people and treated me like crap for a long time before I finally stood up for myself and now they're no longer in my life and I've been feeling down ever since I stopped talking to them. I live with my fiance and his grandma and she's such a nice woman! At Thanksgiving (October since I'm in Canada) I made a joke that if she decided to get me a birthday present (today is my birthday, January 5th) to make me one of her chocolate pies because they're so good!! I came home tonight from my cousins house and my fiance told me to go to the kitchen and look in the fridge, I almost cried! I didn't think she'd actually do it!
