12 weeks and 4 days. Worried?

I'm 18 and this is my first pregnancy. I have been so paranoid about miscarriage. I do not want to lose my baby. But I'm just curious what are the chances in having a miscarriage? Can you have one and not even know it?

Worrying is not going to help at all. I belive the  ratio is 1 in 3 or either 1 in 4 women will miscarry. You baby can stop growing and yoy could have no idea and your body will carry on as it nothing happened. It does happen. With that being said, look at how many healthy happy babies are also born every year. Don't stress yourself out. Don't dwell on what could happen, dwell on what is happening day by day .... as a mother all you do is worry. You worry about your baby when your pregnant not making it then once their born uou worry they will stop breathing in the middle of the night, then as toddlers you worry they will get out of your sight and something happen.. as teenagers well, anything could happen.. don't dwell on that. Live in the present and right now you have a happy healthy little baby kicking inside on you. Happy 12 weeks mama!! Enjoy it!
