Early Gestational Diabetes
Anyone else diagnosed with GD early? Because I am overweight and have 2 diabetic parents, my dr had me get sceeened at 10 or 11 weeks and I have GD. Failed all 3 post glucola numbers in the 3 hour.
She ordered an a1c and that came back at 5.0 (which is FIRMLY non-diabetic), anyone have any similar experiences? Feeling so frustrated. I've lost 4 lbs due to this ridiculous diet they have me on and I'm worried that the baby won't get what it needs 😞
