please help with insight- so confused

Hi ladies! This is my second month charting bbt and I'm still getting the hang of it. AF is now 3 days late, I've been cramping on and off for the last 2-3 days like af is coming and she doesn't show. My cover line used to be at 96.4 and then today it moved way up so I'm confused. My temp dropped yesterday morning so I thought I was out, and this morning it went back up .5- last night I had some sticky cm which was weird for this point.   don't want to give my hopes up and figured I would turn to you girls for insight! Anything helps ladies!
