is this normal??

I'm 5'2 and weigh under 100lbs.. ever since I've been sick last month from getting my wisdom teeth out and a really bad stomach virus, my weight has never gone past 99 pounds and that's the highest it's gone. My weight goes up and down constantly and I get bloated when I eat but why does this happen? I also have a slight loss of appetite but I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't have the stomach virus anymore.

This should be brought up with a doctor. As for bloating, do you know if there are specific foods that trigger it? For me, more acidic foods causing heartburn and bloating. If you can find specific triggers you can eliminate them from your diet. And as for vomiting, regardless if I had a bug or just motion sickness...I will be afraid of eating food for a while due to having anxiety around vomit, so I won't have much of an appetite for anything. You said it was a pretty gnarly stomach bug, so it makes sense that it would have really freaked you out. But it's best to see a doctor, especially if you are concerned about losing weight or wanting to gain weight.
