Im 37 weeks pregnant. Im having alot of sharp pain, mostly on the left side of my lower belly and groin into my vagina area and wraps around to my back and left leg. Ive felt period like cramps or cramps like i have to go to the bathroom all day long and hardly anythings come out. I was not dialated when i was check over a week ago. Im having zingers in my crotch when the baby moves, it hurts and im so tired and nauseous.

Should I call my doctor or go to labor and delivery? Or just let it be? I dont wanna keep calling and making a big deal out of things. Im a ftm and dont know whay labor feels like. Water hasnt broken. No show or mucus plug show.
